GEORGE KITCHEN CABINET RESTORATION & PAINTING
Painting kitchen cabinets may be a great alternative to spending big
bucks on a new kitchen. Here is the first an foremost question to
ask yourself. Should we paint them, refinish them or buy new?
Breakdown...
Painting wood is much easier than stripping wood. In Most
Cases... To make a kitchen make-over feasible, painting cabinets rather
than refinishing them in a natural wood stain is the best route to go.
If the cabinets only need refreshing, The Prince George PAINTING Guys
can lightly sand them and apply
a top coat relatively inexpensive.
If the cabinets are however, showing bear wood in places and are
stained with grease and years of wear etc., its very difficult to match
those areas without stripping the entire set of cabinets all down and
starting
over. Stripping wood down takes a heap of time and that turns
into money better spent. This is where you we need to decide...
 Should we paint them
or buy a new set of cupboards?
